The World Needs Examples, Not Opinions

The world needs examples, not opinions

Sometimes it is difficult to live in this world where personal interests, economic profit, wickedness and selfishness always win.

Often, the resulting disappointment and sorrow make us believe that there is a lack of good people and that there are so few in number that they will never be able to do anything meaningful to change all of this.

Yet, good people are the ones who keep the world in balance, and who solve puzzles with sincerity, honesty, and good deeds.

All of these deserving people are what we love to see. The rest seems unbearable to us.

The world that hurts us, our world

There are images that hurt and harm our soul. Even though we are able to close our eyes, pain still torments us. There are cases where injustice slaps us like a flurry of shame.

Unfortunately, a lot of the things that hurt us today will be forgotten tomorrow. This photo perfectly illustrates unhappiness, shame and torment.

We rarely remember the important things

Thanks to the Internet, we open our eyes and discover that the threads that make us move are far more cruel than we can tolerate.

These same words and images hurt and embarrass us, but this sadness that we feel when seeing unhappiness on the Internet goes away as quickly as it arrived.

When something touches us, we all have an opinion. But then, if we think about our actions and our intentions, it is the latter that almost always wins.

We are afraid of these ideas that sacrifice lives and we fear that the interests that govern the world are greater than our union.

Our intentions seek to have an impact on a world we fear.

And if words are blown away, feelings don’t budge an inch, even in a hurricane. They can diminish but they stay with us, and do not make us indifferent.

Let’s not justify ourselves with words, let’s face it

The fear of wickedness is still great and we often tolerate helplessness. But we’re not programmed to sit on the couch every day of the year.

Maybe we are stuck in a spiral that makes us feel empty feelings.

But, we have to believe in the human being, and trust that we are able to create, feel and act accordingly.

We have the ability to justify ourselves with words. To give our opinion, we know how to form a coherent sentence, but to take action, it is often fear that governs us.

In the face of injustice, we cannot hide behind a few sentences that mask our frustration. We must follow our opinions and not close our eyes. We need to forgive ourselves and start taking action.

This inaction eventually blinds us,  and injustice shines so brightly that we don’t even see it anymore.

Let us not let this happen, because we can fight against those who create this calamity. If we take action, we can lead by example rather than opinions.

The world is a home we all live in. The fact that it was already there before us and that it will last after our passage does not mean that we are not responsible for it.

Children dying of hunger. Refugee families destroyed. The raped women. The murdered soldiers. People who have the same chromosomes as us and who are slaves to make clothes. Tortured animals. Nature devastated. The governments, the rich and the mafias who play with you, who create needs, who only think about their interests and who have no qualms.
